Love visiting Yafa Cafe when we are in Sunset Park. My son, who lives there, says it's one of his favorite spots for coffee. The flavors of the coffee are beyond delicious. Food served here is just as tasty. We've tried a few things and enjoyed it all. The little teddy bear pastry is cute and yummy! ? Can't wait to visit next we are in Sunset Park! ?Vegetarian options: Hummus, oatmeal, pasties... View all feedback.
What S J doesn't like about Yafa Cafe:
We had an average experience. The Avocado toast was not good. The fried chicken sandwich was much better. Did not like their chips at all. They should substitute with something better. Also their milk tea was full of cardamon taste. Would not like to visit here again. View all feedback.
The food was truly delicious, though I found the portions to be a bit on the smaller side. The soujuk platter, for instance, consisted of only about four pieces of soujuk, which barely qualifies as a platter. On a brighter note, the coffee was excellent, and the service was exceptional. It’s a lovely place to unwind and soak in the atmosphere of a local café. Although the prices were somewhat high for the portion sizes, I still had a fantastic experience overall.
This is undoubtedly the best spot in the neighborhood to savor a cup of coffee. The staff is friendly, and the coffee is outstanding, particularly if you enjoy it the traditional way. However, I did notice that the tables could have been cleaner, as they were somewhat dirty during my visit. Also, the QR code for ordering was not functioning.
This café is amazing, offering a great selection of food! The Wi-Fi is excellent, and the service is top-notch, making it an ideal spot for working or having a quick meeting. You'll be very pleased with the lamb dish!
I always look forward to visiting Yafa Cafe whenever we're in Sunset Park. My son, who lives nearby, considers it one of his favorite coffee spots. The coffee flavors are simply delightful. The food is equally delicious; we've tried several dishes and enjoyed every one of them. The little teddy bear pastry is both adorable and tasty! I can't wait for our next trip to Sunset Park! They also offer great vegetarian options, including hummus, oatmeal, and pastries.
The coffee at this place is strong and full of flavor! If you enjoy your coffee bitter, rich, and no-nonsense, this is definitely the spot for you. The chicken sandwich ($13) is massive and comes with a side of chips! Although the almond croissant was tasty, it was slightly stale. Unfortunately, the mint lemonade didn't hit the mark. On a positive note, the staff are wonderful! Just remember that they close between 3:30 PM and 4 PM.
