I was searching for authentic Cuban cuisine and stumbled upon this restaurant at the corner of 34th Street and Madison Avenue. The food is fresh and flavorful; I particularly enjoyed the chicken and guava empanadas. In the past, I also tried the spinach and cheese empanadas, which were equally delicious. The atmosphere is simple and clean, and the customer service is attentive. I highly recommend this place! View all feedback.

I won't be returning to this restaurant, mainly due to the service. When I greeted the staff, I wasn't acknowledged at all. They laughed and spoke in Spanish, assuming that customers wouldn't understand, which is not appropriate. My food was hastily served, with items piled on top of each other, and I wasn't asked which type of beans I preferred. While the food had good flavor, I had already lost my appetite by the time I got to try it. I ended up discarding the pernil as it tasted quite old. This was simply my experience and my personal opinion. God bless.
Today was my first visit to Tina's Restaurant, and I ordered the pork chops with yellow rice. I have to say, the food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were generous, making it a great value for the price. I will definitely be ordering from here again!

Give something new a try and visit this wonderful, welcoming Cuban restaurant. While seating is limited, it’s a fantastic spot to grab a quick, satisfying meal when you’re in a hurry.
The flavors here are authentic. This was always my secret lunch spot when I worked nearby. A Pernil sándwich and a side of plátanos. While today I usually do take out they still have tables inside. Tips: when you walk in admire the display as it will help in the decision making process. If you want a Cubano sandwich or any other sandwich walk to the back. The guy making the sandwiches had his own station. The stews are great the beans are awesome and if you need a little something extra…an empanada is the rock star move
