As a native Chinese foodie, there are very few authentic Chinese food places in NYC I often miss, STYP is definitely one of them. The ingredients are very fresh, Veggie, meats, and spices are in perfect harmony like playing orchestra on the palate. The typical comfy food reminds me of my mom’s cooking back home.
Super excited to try this because of the great reviews, but very disappointed. Mediocre dumplings: thick skin, overly salty fillings, and undercooked.
Well priced delicious dumplings. fast casual, order at the counter. perfect for a quick stop before catching a train.
Really great traditional dumplings made right before our eyes. Small place, great food, very limited atmosphere but it’s fun to watch them cook your meal!
