Extremely rude service from all employees Sun Jul 07 evening. All employees are very passive, shoving your food, very unhelpful and seem like they don't want to be working there. Something seems up as I've been to other locations where the service is good. View all feedback.
Ordered a chicken shack and fries close to when they were closing. It looks like they gave me a chicken strip and put it between the buns... So upsetting.
Tasty fast food burger I like that you can add a few veggies for free Staff wasn't really friendly seemed annoyed

Very nice food, the donut milkshake was the most delicious milkshake I ever had!
Like many people, our family enjoys eating hamburgers. One hot afternoon in New York, we visited this chain for lunch. We placed our order online through an efficient system, but then waited a long time for our food to arrive. The food itself was an ordinary cheesy burger, but the milkshake was excellent. Honestly, I don’t think there’s much difference between similar hamburger chains. However, their milkshakes are truly delicious and worth trying, though the burgers don’t set high expectations.
