Shake Shack First National Building Downtown Detroit

Very polite quick service even when I came behind a pack of 20 high school boys. My offer was taken and given in about 20 mins. The cashier was very polite. The outside and inside was clean. Condiments and filter water available.

It was pleasant. Sadly they didn't have the special shakes in stock, and it sucked since I came there for that. But the food was as always, without the crowd you'd find in Manhattan on a late night. The staff was nice and brought the food to our table

I generally prefer visit a place first before ordering from them but we ordered from here once and had no problem with the delivery including no missing items so we went by for lunch today. Thankfully, this location is nice, clean and organized and the workers are all friendly! There surprisingly wasn't a line but I think that's because we went pretty early in the afternoon. There's an outside patio seating area where you can sit to enjoy the weather. When inside you place your order and then you're given a number to take to your table if you're dining in so they can bring your food to you. I know some restaurants Try to do this but normally they'll fall off and just call the orders out for pickup. We ended up ordering: a Cheeseburger, fries, a chicken shack, two milk shakes and chicken bites. Everything was fresh and came out cooked to satisfaction. I didn't see a long line for the drive through either but I haven't tried it yet so I won't be able to speak on that as part of this experience. No need to run to the city anymore. I'm definitely going to return here for my Shake Shack fix!

Amazing shakes as always. We got the triple chocolate shake and then a strawberry/chocolate. The spicy honey chicken sandwich was great. The cheese/bacon fries were good but a little under whelming for the price. I expected a lot more for how expensive it was. At least add more bacon. Inside dining doesn't support groups larger than 4. Bit of a bummer when it's disgusting outside.

I order food from here on Doordash . Burgers are pretty good no doubt about that . Fries always suck . For some reach it?s always a 40 minute wait and I live a 10 minute drive away . Burger always maintains some heat but fries get cold . Almost always have to reheat it . Not only that but most of the fries have some deformity . Either brown , black spots or straight up green . Very inconveniencing when I already waited 40 mins , 5 mins to hear the fries up I gotta throw away half of it . This is a consistent problem with this branch I always end up throwing away a lot of the fries .
