If you don’t like heavily seasoned foods, this is your place. I’m a white European, so stereotypically would fit this restaurant, and even to me everything was bland. The food is fine, but definitely not great and far from mind-blowing. This is a place for great atmosphere (for that you get 5 stars! but if you’re a foodie like me, just know to expect average food, I think this should be a fair warning. Ambiance: amaz... What Jenna W doesn't like about Serra By Birreria:
Terrible food. Don’t bother. Come to the bar to have drinks, skip any of the food. Also, the bathrooms were disgusting. For $12 a drink the bathrooms should be decent View all feedback.
This place has amazing vibes!! It's really pretty and I would highly recommend visiting this place for brunch. We sat At bar for sometime and then went to our table. The bar area also has plenty of seating is has nice vibe. The drinks were amazing; although there were limited veg options, the ones available were yummy. We tried the Potato gnocchi and arancini and both were really good and enough for two people. In dessert we tried the Torta Di Ricotta e amaretto and is was delicious.
Full of tourists and if you are Italian like me l, avoid the polenta, nothing to do with the real one..too liquid…never again
So disappointing. I used to frequent Eataly downtown and while they only offered pasta dishes, each was fresh and delicate. My meal at Serra had the typical heaviness of an American Italian meal and no refinement. Overpowering a meal with truffle shavings does not hide the lousy product underneath. Truffles should accent the meal, not define it:

Service was interesting to say the least, but loved the ambiance and the food!
