This is my favorite spot for fresh beans! When you purchase a bag of beans, you receive a complimentary cup of coffee. The staff is consistently friendly, and they're dog-friendly, which is a nice bonus. While they prefer not to have dogs in the seating area for extended periods, it's perfectly fine to bring them in when you're just picking up something to-go. Food: 5/5.

This cafe is adorable and has such a cozy atmosphere. The coffee is great, and the staff is really friendly. I always receive a warm welcome when I arrive. It’s definitely one of my favorite spots for coffee in the neighborhood.

Amazing coffee, high-quality beans, and exceptional customer service!

I discovered Proof with my girlfriend when I moved to the neighborhood in 2022, and it quickly became our favorite spot. I loved their Vanilla Cinnamon Oat Lattes and Lemon Loafs. However, in the past couple of months, I've noticed a significant decline in the quality of their drinks and the overall atmosphere. All the baristas I used to know have left, and while new staff members have been hired, it often feels like they are understaffed. There have been times when only one person is managing both the register and drink preparation, which leaves them feeling overwhelmed and rushing through orders. I've also seen flies around the pastries, and the lids for the plastic containers never seem to fit properly, causing coffee to leak. While I understand that turnover is common in coffee shops, this change has had a noticeable impact on the quality of their offerings. I've returned a few times hoping to see improvements, but unfortunately, I haven't noticed any yet.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The espresso was fantastic, and the staff happily accommodated my request for a splash of both skim and whole milk. The atmosphere was very cozy, with bright windows that let in plenty of light. Prices were reasonable, and they offered a bathroom and Wi-Fi! They also had some nice music playing at a pleasant, low volume.
