Had been reading a bit about this place and was eager to try out their take on fried chicken. Ordered a spicy two piece with the duck heart gravy mash and cornbread along with the fried chicken burger add foie. There must be sourcery involved because the crust on the fried chicken is GLORIOUS! I got the Chili version which has Sichuan peppercorns. It's just spicy enough that you have that tingling on your lips but not so much you need to slow down or drinksomething. The skin is perfect. Also I don't have that greasy, heavy feeling after. The sesame heirloom bean salad was amazing.The beans were perfectly creamy. View all feedback.
