UPDATE FROM MOST RECENT VISIT: Mind Blowing Chicken Karagee (spicy boneless fried chicken). The food was first class from start to finish. Party of 15, we enjoyed various dishes from suishi to tamaki (tray of 5 signature hand rolls) artfully done. Excellent service. A wonderful time, thank you. This is how a dining experience should be. Very tasty and high quality ingredients. It's just great. View all feedback.
What Damali B doesn't like about Oita Nyc:
Extremely expensive. Nice atmosphere and presentation was good (we got the Omakase) but the fish wasn’t all that high quality. Can’t ever beat Katsuei. Fish there much more fresh View all feedback.

This place is a solid new sushi place that I’ve been to numerous times. Never been disappointed. Wait staff is friendly and owner is fantastic, pleasant, accessible and accommodating.
Amazing fried chicken karaage. Highly recommend the Signature Temaki set. The staff was beyond professional and welcoming
We had a good girls night out at Oita. Such good quality food, beautiful interior design and friendly staff. We ordered chicken udon, tamaki signature sushi set and fried chickens.
It was really best sushi ever! I love here!! Sushi was really fresh, healthy and tasty. My all friends love here!
