Noel's Pizza 2 - Broad Channel

I will never eat here again! I received my delivery as usual, but there were three tiny roaches in my pizza box. When I called to report it, the person I spoke to seemed indifferent and just sent someone to issue me a refund. I'm extremely disappointed and disgusted!

My husband and I live quite a distance away, but we absolutely love this pizza. The taste is excellent!

I encountered roaches in the pizza boxes and found the kitchen to be unclean. There seems to be a complete disregard for food safety; I observed employees not washing their hands after handling money and then touching the pizza. The pricing is inconsistent, with prices that don't align with the posted signs. Additionally, the staff's communication skills are lacking.

They are very quick when you place your order, and I love their garlic bread. I never have any complaints, so yes, they're quite good!
