The overall cleanliness is shocking; the restaurant smells terrible and the customer service is lacking. During my last visit, I noticed multiple roaches lurking under the tables, which weren’t even cleaned properly. It was truly disturbing. They have a variety of flavors and the attendants are always very kind.
Very rude to customers. First time I went, one of the guys started being rude to me when I was asking him about the size and price. My sister went not that long ago and not only was that same guy rude to her but another worker. Very unprofessional.

This place serves some of the best tasting and most authentic Nieves! The flavors, especially those mixed with chili, are outstanding!
