I got the rock shrimp, it was 4 shrimps for $10, tasted great, but the fried batter lacked the crisp implied in the name. I got the tonkotsu charchu ramen. It absolutely looked pork based but it tasted chicken based which was confusing. The two slices of charchu has a beautifully soft texture and the noodles were perfectly al dente.
