I got the rock shrimp, it was 4 shrimps for $10, tasted great, but the fried batter lacked the crisp implied in the name. I got the tonkotsu charchu ramen. It absolutely looked pork based but it tasted chicken based which was confusing. The two slices of charchu has a beautifully soft texture and the noodles were perfectly al dente. The dinning experience was rushed, the explanation of menu items were irregular, some staff didn't seem to understand English and it's many variations and lastly the food was BASIC. We were charged 18% gratuity which I wouldn't have paid.
