Minetta Tavern - Broad Channel

Food is good. Service is good. I’d prefer Balthazar or Pastis. It’s good but I don’t think you need to wait months for reservations unless you want to “impress” your date that you can get in.

Fantastic lunch! Service was great and food was even better. I like the Minetta burger!

We asked for medium well, is this medium well? This was Nov 29 11pm, why would we complain to the staff when everyone kept trying to rush us? Wait another 45mins to get a burger and not be able to take our time and enjoy our meal? Been coming here for 12 years, and they never responded to this complaint.

Terrible service, after waiting an hour for a star at the bar, the bartender gives the seats to someone else who arrived much later because there are two free seats next to each go other, food is good but not worth that E: oh the waiters and waitresses seemed absolutely lovely and spying a lot of attention, so as long as you have a reservation for a table you should be fine in terms of service

The service and vibe make this a great place. Food, too, even though I had the black label burger, which I didn’t think was anything particularly special for the price they charge.
