Food was fine, nothing amazing. Had one sort of pan fried dumpling and one boiled, mixed green vegetables (pointless) and a scallion pancake. Everything was massively overpriced for what it was. Had the bone broth noodle soup and it was totally bland. Didn’t even taste like anything when I added a bunch of sauces. Only pro was that the space is a pretty relaxing place to work for an hour. Would not come back through because of the overpriced, underwhelming food.
02/27/22 7:00pm EST — Mimi Cheng's is the best dumpling spot in the UWS. We came across this place when we had really bad service from Vanessa Dumpling House. Best decision we made. The place was clean, staff was friendly and the food was delicious. We ordered the Buffalo Chicken dumplings (The Feb special), Jasmine Rice and the veggie dumplings. The food was amazing.
