My mom took my sibling and me to dinner at Marisco Centro at 1160 Castle Hill Ave, Bronx, NY 10462The restaurant had a charming and familiar atmosphere,I ordered a pina colada, and it was very delicious.I also had mofongo, and OMG, it was awesome.I recommend it 100% if you are looking for a nice place to enjoy fantastic food. Arrive at this restaurant for lunch the place was empty. Took about 3 minutes for the waiter to be seated. The waiter was very nice. Ordered some appetizers came fast, it was a boardline, ok at best, the wings was different, not your traditional Buffalo wings, and that was not my thing, main course came and that was not good either. The fact that I called to place an order and the lady tells me that no one there speaks ENGLISH call back when the manager comes in. I’m very appalled by that response…. Something have to be done.Service: 1/5
Let me begin by saying the food was amazing . I had the lamb chops and they were delicious, I started with the seafood salad and that was out of this world. Both thumbs up a definite go to . I visited this location for the first time and was quite disappointed. When my friend ordered a seafood soup, we were informed after 30 minutes that they were out of some ingredients. She then opted for a salad instead. To make matters worse, we were told that their credit card machine was not working and they could only accept cash. Unfortunately, I didn't have any cash on me, so I had to walk a few blocks to find an ATM. Overall, my experience here was frustrating, especially since I've never had any issues at another location.
