Really enjoyed a delicious meal here. The interior is small but beautifully decorated, feels like stepping back into a taverna. All the food we had was really delicious. The chips and guacamole with salsa was some of the tastiest I’ve had in the city for a while. I went for the shrimp fajitas huge portion, could have easily split with another person. Tried a bit of the chicken burrito bowl too which was great, again... View all feedback.
What Isabelle Thérien doesn't like about Los Dos Hermanos:
What a lame service we had, for very ordinary food. We were a party of 6 and we were served almost 5 minutes apart, from one person to another. When the last person was served, we were all finished. A 20% service fee was applied to our bill, we had to ask to see the bill and we were charged extras for additionnal chips! If you are travelling to NYC, don’t go there, all they want is your money! The best chilaquiles I had in my life! This place is a hidden
I stopped at this restaurant for the first time tonight with my husband and son. We ordered margaritas which were mediocre and enchiladas with Mole sauce, rice and beans and quesadilla for my son. When food was served it was cold to lukewarm. We alerted the waiter and sent it back. After a while he brought the plates back and the rice and beans were slightly warmer but nothing on the plate was hot and the enchiladas and stuffing (chicken) were still cold. My husband was sick of it by then and started eating but I sent the plate back a second time and finally got hot food. To make things worse waiting staff at different points in these interactions questioned our description of cold food saying it was freshly prepared as if that is a guarantee to be properly warmed up. Also, there was very little Mole sauce on the dish. Extremely disappointing Friday evening dinner. Don 't eat at this place food was cold and mediocre, prepared inproperly and we wasted time and money there. You can find a better place for dinner and drinks!
The waitress was being so rude given my drinks bad with a attitude. And she was saying that a table eas complain that we was load but nobody was sitting next to us and we was
We were attracted here by an amazing Latin jazz band. They were amazing. The food is not inventive, but it was delicious and fresh.
If you guys give 5 stars, you’re Delulu. Have y’all even had Mexican food before????The menu is like the choices you’d get from a bodega but with less flavour.1/ salsa was like straight from a jar that was expired in a dusty pantry of your ancestors2/ for the price of $12, you get 2 NOT 3 tacos. And only 1 tortilla per taco instead of 2 , zero authenticity. Regular pricing: $12 for 3tacos 2 shells per taco. Who y’all trying to scam hon??3/ beer was mid. Got IPA but taste like sour beer. Zero beer recommendations. Or do they even know?4/ Yuca fries tasted like microwaved food that your school serves at lunch. Are they even yuca? Have you even tried freshly fried yuca b4?
