Enjoyed this more than even expected. Drinks, appetizer (focaccia) and entree (steak) were all fantastic. The steak was INCREDIBLE. Tender and well seasoned! The hazelnut chocolate gelato dessert was also really yummy. I will definitely be back again. View all feedback.
What MauriceC doesn't like about Lincoln:
We have been customers of Lincoln since the very beginning. The menu and food keep shrinking: no Negroni bar, no more bread and bread sticks, no amuse bouche, less menu choices, no petitfours, absent sommelier (I bought a nice 1/2 bottle of Barolo, no sommelier came by),. No wonder it was pretty empty before theatre. View all feedback.
This wonderful restaurant has delicious food, creative cocktails, a fantastic menu and wine list, first-rate welcoming competent service, and it's delightfully quiet. No loud, obnoxious music and a seriously comfortable environment. I love this restaurant and have become a “regular”. I tell friends to go there.
We love the spacious dining room area, the location on Lincoln Center Plaza, and the amazing use of windows throughout including the kitchen area. While the menu is small, the offerings were quite varied. Everyone in our party chose a variation of fresh pasta and an assortment of three appetizers including house made focaccia. While the portions could be a bit more generous on the entrees, it is hard to find flaws in the overall experience thus it earns the 5 stars for this visit.
Always enjoy meals here before the opera or ballet!
Place is beautiful and location perfect for lincoln center complex. restaurant week menu big disappointment for a gluten free diner b/c they have no gf pasta and three of the 4 mains involved pasta. I (the non gf diner) was so underwhelmed that I ordered a 40+ branzino. That's what I got a piece of fish with garnish, lemon wedge and a dollop of sauce not even a tomato slice. I remember when the restaurant was somewhat overpriced but I forgave it for the good food, service and ambiance. Now DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR
The space is beautiful, all sweeping diagonals, glass and water. It's like eating in a painting. The food was delicious, the service attentive, and the experience pleasantly convenient to whatever you are doing at Lincoln Center. A little pricey, but lovely.
