Khiladi Nyc - Broad Channel

I highly recommend Khiladi. Really great food, excellent service. A great mix of Southern and Northen cuisine. The shishito peppers were awesome. One the best Chicken Tikka Masalas. The lamb Dosa was spectacular. We really enjoyed our meal.

Low key and inventive Indian food. I loved everything I tried. Simple things like pani puri became complex with a mint sauce. The lentil appetizer was made exciting thanks to an assortment of grains and nuts. The curry, while more traditional, was still really good. The prices were reasonable.

The ambiance with the decorations was so nice. Enjoyed the flavors of the mango lassi, garlic naan, lamb vindaloo and butter chicken! The only downside would be portion sizes were small!

There was no wait on a Saturday night at 8pm. This is a great option for last minute dinner as you can probably get a table without a reservation! The service was great. They were very good abt re-filling the water. We shared the dosa with spicy potatoes. It was amazing! Then we got the fried chicken, which I think we could've skipped. It wasn't anything special. We then shared the saag paneer and the fish curry. Both were delicious! We also got the garlic naan, which was warm and buttery! I can see myself eating here again either as a dine in option or take out!
