As a Haitian, I find it crucial to experience the authenticity of Haitian cuisine when visiting these restaurants. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! The food is genuinely Haitian, and it makes me feel right at home! Everything was spot on! This is officially my new favorite Haitian restaurant!

The griot is crafted exactly how we prepare it in Haiti, with the right spices and the perfect acidity in the marinade. I really hope they keep this chef, as they truly know how to make griot to perfection. The only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating is that the wait time is quite long. Additionally, the place could use some organization. It has great potential!
