Ho Ho Garden - Broad Channel

My son, who looks African American, and my daughter, both teenagers went to this place to order food and the lady who took their order was yelling, rude, disrespectful, and EXTREMELY unprofessional. My kids were terrified to oder more things because of theway that Chinese lady, for absolutely NO reason was yelling at them saying what do you want! What do you want , as if my kidswere there BEGGING for food. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. And to top it all off, she didn 't even give them the complete order.When I called that nasty, disrespectful woman, she yelled at me, and hung up the phone.

I placed a $60+ order and ordered the 2 shrimp rolls times 2. That 4! Shrimp rolls. They refused to send me the other 2 and said I was wrong. I wish in old screenshot my online order and post it. I told them I'd never order from them again. Then we actuallyate the food. Nothing, absolutely no flavor In the rice or chicken and broccoli, even the sweet and sour sauce was bland. Theworst ever. Not worth it and not worth dealing with people like that.

I order from this place quite often and their food is stellar. The chicken and garlic sauce with fried rice is so good. Food is always hot and fresh. Best Chinese food in the area hands down.

The Diced Chicken With Cashew Nuts was very good. Good amount of vegetable and sauteed nicely!
