Love love love their moist brisket and Mac and cheese. The ribs were also good. I am definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu. I didnt like the sweet potato mash but that is just cause I am not a huge fan of sweet items. I also recommend the Ranch Water cocktail — it was very refreshing. View all feedback.
What Cris A doesn't like about Hill Country Barbecue Market:
I'm going to be honest. We ordered the meat combo for 2 with a side corn bread. The service is good but the food isn't that good. Prices are ok. Ambiance is ok as well. However, I probably won't come back here again. Try/eat at your discretion. View all feedback.
I prefer this venue very much. there is a friendly air. The food is great. the service is effective and the personel is very professional. The pay is satisfactory. greatly recommend.
Great food and great prices! For the Colorado boy, it's a little slice of the West here in NYC. The service was awesome as well. Highly recommend!
The pitmaster was good…the chicken was a little dry but everything else was great. I wish they had more of a cocktail selection…they were out of frozen margaritas the night I was there.
Lean brisket, spatzle and cucumber salad was really good! Had a fun vibe and the live music completed the ambiance!
