Great chill vibe. All beers on blackboard are made on side. The BlackBerry cider and Belgian fries are *chefs kiss*. Service was excellent. Givan(? was super helpful and nice View all feedback.
What Carrie Brown doesn't like about Greenpoint Beer Ale Co.:
Been there a few times. If you go here for the beer and vibe only, it’s really a 4 5 star experience. But the food is 2 stars at best. Meh.Had a FANTASTIC NE IPA and sat on their lovely roof. That part was great! Then the food came. Liquidy mac and cheese that was bizarrely made with rigatoni ? and covered in a smokey spice that was so gross. The thick cut bacon BLAT sandwich should have been called a FLAT it was all... View all feedback.
Beautiful rooftop with tons of seating, greenery, shade and cute twinkle lights. Good selection of beer, but not a place for cocktails or anything within the liquor realm. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of liquor options since I can not drinkbeer and the staff wasn?t too excited about helping me out.
Apparently they choose their own hours. We stopped by at 8pm on Monday and they were completely buttoned up. Seriously disappointing since we traveled from N Queens to come here. These places that close at random times are very frustrating. Iwould give them high marks for their beer, but apparently they don?t care about customer service.
Great beer, good food, excellent spicy chicken sandwiches, pinball downstairs and an awesome deck upstairs! Highly recommended, especially the Milk Honey beer and the cider (not overly sweet) on a hot day!
Kinda cooling on this place. staff is nice, but place is feeling like it needs a good cleaning. lights are too dim. they don't listen to customers who all want potato wedges back. $22 burgers aren't what they used to be.

The thick cut bacon BLAT sandwich should have been called a FLAT it was all fat and not edible. The fried pickles were okay. Greasy and floppy but edible. Not surprisingly, the meal left me feeling unwell all evening.TLDR; D level food paired with B+/A beer in a nice atmosphere. Go for the beer, go elsewhere for your meal.
