Where to start..... I came here hungry not knowing what awaited me. I’m a Chef in NYC and went to culinary school and do home cooking nearly everyday. castillo.chef.1990 is my insta if interested. I walked in here November 3 around 1pm afternoon to find something to fill my stomach and leave satisfied but man oh man was my satisfaction exceeded. I had the Nicoise Socca. The steak tartare was over-salted, but the pate, steak, mussels, and especially the duck, were terrific. My only real complaint was a lack of some French comfort staples like vichyssoise, ratatouille, cheeses, and the like. Felt more like an American menu with a bit of French influence. Still — actual quality of the food was generally superb. View all feedback.
