The Asian woman has to stop being a bit racist and take care of the business. I realized when I entered the business that she began to look at me with an attitude, but I entered normal because I wasn't doing anything wrong. I just wanted an ice cream and she treated me badly and I I told her not to come to me with that anger towards me because I am not to blame for anything you treat me well because I am treating you well too, When I pay her she give me my change back with an attitude

It’s really disrespectful To have people wait on line for 10 or more minutes and then have a “regular” come in and skip the line. I had to wait for three customers ahead of me and did so patiently. But to see “the regular” come in drop 4$ on the table and have his coffee handed to him immediately is very annoying, especially on a week day Morning at 9 AM. We all have places to be. 4 or 5 times out of the week I place my order here! Ordering on the go doesn’t have the options for how I like my croissant. So I order my drink on the go and my sandwich I order in the store. My order has very specific instructions. (Croissant toasted with butter white cheddar cheese “not melted” When something is not the way I ordered it I can always walk back to the store for them to make the correction and they normally fix it immediately. I get coffee here almost everyday and it's always delicious and on time! Everyone in the store is also incredibly kind and helpful!
