Hey for a small terminal restaurant I don't think you can go wrong!! Warning you are going to be ordering from an iPad and pay for your bill from that too. But you know what; no pressure from having to place an order fast because waitress is in a hurry. I thought the burger was great. My coworker had the meatball sandwich he said it was killer. We wanted Wendy's after a long flight from Zurich, Switzerland, but this was the only viable option for hot food. They are seriously overpriced, even for NYC standards it was around $32 for a burger, and for fries it was close to $10 $11. Had some extra time at JKF thought we sit down for a nice meal. Much to our surprise it was a terrible experience, they have tablet menus that were all broken, and they are mounted on the table in a way that you can't easy interface with the people your with and make it difficult for staff to clean the tables, waitstaff were unfriendly and certainty not motivated because they automatically add gratuity at a rate you can't adjust, and the food was burnt and not very good. Oh and I forgot to mention the prices were outrageous even for a New York Airport. Absolutely disgusted customer and will never be a patron at this location or thier others around the city.
Went here because I had a food voucher from the airline. Server told me to pay with my credit card and the manager would refund me. When the time came, the manager said the server was down and she could not refund me. She was stern, rude, and finally agreed that she would contact me the next day once she processed the refund. She gave me a phone number that does not work. I have not been given a refund almost a week later.Normally I don’t write these types of reviews, but the manager’s customer service skills were terrible and she lacked empathy and was harsh about the situation.The server was very respectful and remorseful about the situation, trying her best to correct the situation. But I’m very upset that my credit card was charged, and I can guarantee the manager also charged the food voucher.
Ya, this places sucks. Dry as heck Roma panini and $4.50 for 1 glass of lemonade and it don't include refills. Screw this place. Dad said his meatball sandwich wasn't good as well.

Very poor value. Small portions (eg. add on shrimp was $16 for 4 small shrimp). Food was ok but not great considering the price. Slow service from waitstaff that are not friendly. I won’t be back
