The best vegan pizza I have ever had. The squash blossom pizza is incredible, the antipasto is excellent. Double Zero is a wonderful vegan staple of nyc and a must for any vegans visiting the area. The potato pizza is a little weak in my opinion, but everything else is excellent. View all feedback.

The service was fast and our server was very helpful. We had the arrabbiata pizza and it was shockingly poor quality. Tried this place out when you have a chance. I recommend trying them out when you have a chance. The food is way too delicious here.

Vegan Eats Review: Matthew Kenney is my goto spot for comfort food. Had been hankering for my go to, cacio e pepe all weekend. With friends from out of town over, had the perfect excuse to head down to 2nd Ave. Everything from the truffle pizza, cacio e pepe, eggplant parm, and bolognese hit the spot and warmed us on a cold winter’s night. Staff super friendly but not intrusive. Their recommendations are well thought out and considerate of the party’s total order. I love this place!
Theoretically a great place but had a terrible experience here. My boyfriend went into anaphylaxis from a salad they served us after we said he had a nut allergy. He’s not sensitive to cross contamination and even after he left to go to the emergency room (I stayed to pay) they insisted there were no nuts in the dish (this was the only thing he ate and the only thing he’s allergic to). I say without exaggeration that I nearly died from the gross negligance of the staff at this restaurant. I told our server that i’m very allergic to tree nuts and they insisted they could do a chopped salad without nuts. After a few bites i was in anaphylaxis and had to sprint out the door to the emergency room. I’m not sensitive to minor cross contamination, so they must’ve put a nut-based dressing on it.
