Coffee Rx - Broad Channel

I stopped by to pass some time since it was still a bit early for things to open. I ordered a double espresso and enjoyed it on the rear patio, which was open. The weather was lovely, making the experience even better. The café has a fantastic atmosphere, and the barista staff were very friendly.

The atmosphere in the restaurant was fantastic. The food was decent—not the best I've ever had, but definitely good enough to make me want to return.

It was 92 degrees outside, and they turned off the air conditioning just because there were not many customers. I felt suffocated and sweaty while sitting there, which made it impossible to enjoy my coffee. I requested less sugar, but they instead added more—making it excessively sweet! It really was overwhelming. They didn't seem to pay attention to or respect my preferences as a customer. Plus, I don’t think the staff really knows how to make coffee properly. The service was quite poor overall!

This is the best cappuccino I've ever had! I'm quite particular when it comes to my coffee, but this place really excels. Just a small tip: if you see a man serving alongside a shorter guy, it's best to avoid them—I had a bad experience because he made my coffee terrible. On the other hand, the women working there really know how to make it exceptional. For the fantastic service from the female staff, I would give them 10 stars if I could! As for parking, it's really easy to find a spot.

I visited today just for a latte, and it was quite good. The place is nice and clean. I am deducting a star for two reasons. First, the backyard was lovely, but unfortunately, none of the chairs were set up; they were all leaning over because of the rain last night. However, the barista came over right away and wiped down the chairs and table, which we appreciated. The main reason for the star deduction, though, was that there were too many boxes around, which detracted from the overall atmosphere. Despite that, I would still recommend this place and would return if I'm in the area again.
