What fishstorm doesn't like about Coffee Crumbs:
Only entered this place as a sign in the window said Crumbnuts, part doughnut, part croissant Wow, treat yourself, they were amazing, hope they become available in the UK soon. View all feedback.
I'm not sure if my palate has refined or whether Crumbs is now using poor ingredients but the cupcakes taste awful. It's dry poor-quality sponge with lots of sugary toppings
Crumbs is a fav of our families and we always enjoy window shopping all of the flavors to choose from. Their freshness was a little off this visit but still yummy! We prefer crumbs over magnolia bakery
My one real weakness in life; cupcakes. It takes the strength of Samson for me to walk by a cupcake bakery and not go in. This day I didn't have the strength to fight the temptation and I succumbed to temptation. My cupcake was awesome. Better than Magnolia's but not as good as Melissa's. Moist, rich, and brimming with taste. It was worth the money and the extra hour at the gym.
Bought the pre-selected gift box is small cupcakes to friends back home. The variety was great and they were thoroughly enjoyed.
If you're torn between Magnolia and Crumbs (although, why should you be, have both! Crumbs has a better cupcake. Red Velvet is moist, icing is creamy and sweet. Chocolate is delicious, great traditional flavours and a few new combos. Not too expensive and they have contests to win cupcakes, too! Free samples available on the street sometimes.
