You are paying staff who have been trained in service and want you to be happy. The food is presented beautifully with such care. There is no request too big or small that if can be understood and accommodated...it will be. When the team comes to the table with new linen for dessert service, it is an intricate dance as all the while, guests and servers are pushing and twisting thru the jammed restaurant. You simply must check your coats as there is not a centimeter of space unused. It is always a treat to be at Cipriani. It feels like family because they actually do care that you are happy....and then comes that pie...see photo.
This is the better of the Cipriani locations in NYC in my opinion. The service and atmosphere never fail.
