This was on our short list of bagel bakeries to try on recent NYC trip. While Chelsea/Tudor may be the best in their neighborhood, Liberty bagels on 35th was better. Nice chew on the bagels at Chelsea, but the “everything” bagel was a little bland, very short on topping, and the crust was more chewy than crisp.
