As it turned out there is nothing Georgian about it, the hinkali weren’t made right, hachapuri (so-called cheese boats) were okay, but I am not sure if they used suluguni cheese, doubt it. The prices are crazy, and the tip is included even though I was upset with my food and did not want to leave a 18% tip it was mandatory. The menu promised Georgian wine, but they don’t have license. My husband has had real Adjarian Khachapuri in Georgia and he loves the cheeseboats here. We always enjoy an order of the meat khinkali and a glass of red wine (the red wine is some of the best you’ll find, Georgians do it very well). This place is excellent for date night or to take your friends for an unforgettable cheese overload. We love you, Cheeseboat!
