This restaurant is quite disappointing. The sandwich bears no resemblance to the pictures, and there is hardly any meat—after all, that's the main ingredient! It feels like a total rip-off. If you've ever had an authentic Philly Cheesesteak, you'd realize just how inferior this version is. This place seems to be just another chain from Los Angeles. I should have been wary when I walked in and saw it was completely empty. The sandwich reminded me of the cheesesteaks I used to get from Chinese takeout places in some tough neighborhoods of Philly, but those were still better. This establishment is a joke—save your money. I highly recommend Olde City Cheesesteaks or Shorty's Cheesesteaks, both in Manhattan. Either of those will give you the true Philly Cheesesteak experience that you know and love.

This is truly one of the best Philly cheesesteaks I’ve ever tasted! Dining here was an absolute pleasure. If you’re in the neighborhood or just passing through, you definitely need to give it a try!

We dined at this restaurant for the first time today and tried the BBQ chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, it was quite dry, which really detracted from the meal. Furthermore, the indoor temperature was uncomfortably warm since the air conditioning didn't seem to be working correctly. While I likely won't be coming back, I hope others have a more enjoyable experience!

I called today to place a takeout order, but the person who answered the phone seemed to think I was a friend playing a prank on him and wouldn’t take my order. I've had great meals from this restaurant in the past, but I think management should look into this employee's behavior. It was highly unprofessional and unacceptable.

Wow! This place is fantastic! I've ordered from here three times in the last month. Each time, I've customized their sandwiches with a little extra flair, and the quality of the meat, cheese, and vegetables is outstanding. They've really become my go-to sandwich shop, and I'm more than willing to pay a bit more for such high-quality subs!
