What Richard Ricart doesn't like about Burger Time:
The lady taking orders in the weekends over the phone is incredibly nasty and rude- She needs training on how to speak with patrons giving their hard earn money for respectable service. I paid $25 for a cheeseburger that had no lettuce nor tomatoes and no soda with chips like cmon- I reporting this place ASAP! The food was amazing, the milk shakes are super thick and very tasty, BUT… the waitress looked overwhelmed and was given no assistance while the manager just watched and continued to chat with others at the counter area.. overall, will only be doing takeout going forward.. View all feedback.
