Bourbon And Branch - Broad Channel

We never got our entrees. The appetizers were decent, but were late. We might try again. It appears the couple next to us kept getting served our food. They actually got both our appetizers and our entrees. And we were made to wait for the next batch. We finally got fed up and decided to leave. The manager wanted to give us our food in take out boxes since the entrees were arriving as we were leaving, but we decided against it. It was the principle of the matter. He offered that the delay could be because I ordered my steak well done. I did not. I ordered it medium rare. And my wife ordered a salad. That was very off-putting. He offered to comp some things on our bill but the only thing on there was the appetizers and two bottles of sparkling water. So he charged us for one bottle of sparkling water and both of the appetizers.

Mark was an enjoyable presence to our time spent there, recognizing we were Canucks fans in a Rangers establishment and our need to watch the game…. Mark found a balance that we needed to enjoy and support our team. Drinks were awesome, unfortunately we were on our way to a dinner reservation elsewhere and couldn’t experience the food. If the service is an indication to the food it will be awesome.

Food was great and wait staff didn’t rush our meal. Hard to beat happy hour here. Espresso martinis was lit. 10/10 would recommend

Decided to stop in here for a drink and small bites before catching a game last week and I must say I will definitely be visiting again! Bourbon and Branch is so close to MSG and also had an amazing happy hour menu. Highly recommend the wings and truffle fries, so delicious! The service was also great. Looking forward to visiting again for dinner.

Very questionable experience in this place. food was great, but omg, serving absolutely off putting. every 5 minutes or even less someone was coming to us to ask “how we are doing” or something, one time one of the servers even tried to take my plate with food on it while i was still obviously eating. we couldn’t even talk because of that. and i even mentioned one of them that they keep coming to us and he answered me with attitude saying “i’ll say everyone to step back and not come to you at all”. and i’m like thanks? like it was absolutely ridiculous and i couldn’t enjoy time there. def won’t come back there cause it’s impossible to relax
