Bonchon Seven Hills - Broad Channel

I will never attempt to eat at this restaurant again While on my lunch break I decided to eat at this restaurant but unfortunately I never got a chance to taste the food. The waitress was extremely impatient, unprofessional and rude. As soon as I was seated the waitress came over ready to take my order before I could read the menu. While I am asking her about dishes on the menu, she walks away and appeared to be agitated. Then told me to call her when I am ready to order. She returned 10 minutes later with an angry look on her face. I begun to give her my order and asked her if they had salad. Her face turned red and she snatched the menu off the table, flipped it around and slammed it back on the table. She pressed her finger with force next to the salads on the menu and yelled out salad is right here . Customers began to stare at her because she was making a commotion. I got out of my seat and went to inform the person at the register. I requested a manager but a manager never came. I informed the lady at the register that the waitress was very irate and she slammed the menu on the table. The lady at the register was no assistance, she told me that the waitress is very busy. At that point I had enough from this restaurant and left. I ended up eating at Chipotle in Metro Tech instead. I will never attempt to eat at this restaurant again

Great food. Slightly expensive for takeaway food. I had a chicken combo with two sauces- soy garlic along with the hot and spicy. Beautiful. I also had the fried rice which was also stunning. I was told the food would be ready in 20 minutes, but it was more like 35 minutes. It has it's own long bar, so people can eat and drink at the bar, as well as about 10 tables. All in all, about 60 people could easily eat and drink there, seated. Definitely would order from here again.

I ordered the soy and garlic boneless wings along with coleslaw and fries, and I was not disappointed. The service was quick and polite.

The food here is absolutely fantastic! Some of the best chicken wings I've ever had, and the prices are quite reasonable. However, the service was a bit inconsistent. The waitress walked away twice while I was still speaking, without acknowledging me. I was simply asking for ketchup and the check, which I did receive, but it felt a bit rude that she rushed off without a simple "okay." It's not a huge issue, but I think it deserves a mention. On a positive note, their restroom was very clean, which always gives me more confidence in the restaurant's overall cleanliness. Overall, the food is excellent, and it's a pretty good place, so I would definitely return and recommend it to others, but don't expect top-notch service.

Bonchon is one of my favorite restaurants, but I was disappointed this time. I usually go for the wings, but I decided to try the boneless chicken for lunch, along with fries, while my friend ordered the boneless half and half with white rice. I found the chicken to be dry, and the wings taste much better. We didn't finish our meal, but I will say that the fries were good.
