I've lost count of how many special occasions we've celebrated with cakes from here. They never disappoint!

Many different kind breads, they look so good, very creamy (I think too much cream some time), but I don't recommend the hot tea with milk because it is not Hong Kong style milk tea it is hot boba milk tea without peals... too sweet.The price is not too expensive for the breads and drink.Service also good, a boy cashier was so nice, he sent my hot drinks to table without me asking when he saw I couldn't carry too much things at the same time.

I placed a cake order for pickup, and when I went to pick it up at the scheduled time, I noticed that they did not even make the cake yet, despite the order being placed and a cake pickup time was scheduled.When I went to confront them about this, the worker was not professional and simply agreed that yes, the cake was not made. That's it. There was no apology, no acknowledgement of the mistake on their part or for the inconvenience. This terrible service was absolutely unacceptable. They make it seem like the world revolves around them, simply from the absolutely terrible attitude from the worker. Makes me wonder how the workers are being trained there. Never coming here again.And the cake. They spent the next few minutes making the cake while I continued to wait. The cream was tasteless, but what can you expect from a cake that was rushed at the last minute, right?Don't come here, unless you want to waste your time and experience rude attitude from the worker, only to get a mediocre, rushed cake.
