There were chunks of something thick and inedible in the shake that I couldn't identify. I'm not sure if I received a bad batch or if this is the norm, but either way, it was revolting and has lowered my overall rating to a 2. On a brighter note, the Double Smashburger was decent, though it felt a bit small for the price. Its size falls somewhere between a White Castle burger and a Shake Shack burger. At least the food was packaged nicely.
