The shredded pork shoulder was very tender. Fortunately, a bowl of this ramen does not cause any food coma, so that we Karaage (fried chicken also (it was tasty and miso-karamel pie (that one had an interesting texture and taste, I would definitely recommend sharing a piece of it between several people because it is somehow intense/sweet. The service was very fast and you can pour yourself some free tap water.

They even make their own noodles and offer a small variety of starters like Karaage or homemade Kimchi. The place itself has an open kitchen and you can watch the chefs do their thing, while you're waiting for your food. Make sure to drop by, if you're in Brno, it's absolutely worth it!
