I ordered the double mini burger with fries and coleslaw. The burger was good. The meat was cooked well, but slightly over-seasoned. It felt like there was too much salt. It was also a bit challenging to eat since it was 'double-decker'. The bun was crunchy, but slightly burnt on one side. The fries were very good and not greasy at all. I also enjoyed the coleslaw. For drinks, I had cherry lemonade, which was a bit sweeter but still good. The service was quick and friendly. Overall, it was a pleasant visit for me, and I recommend this restaurant.
Amazing burgers and relaxed service. Definitely one of the best places in Brno. A pleasant change compared to a terrible experience at Caffe04. I highly recommend it.
Since my student years, the only thing that has changed at Faust is their approach to customers. Thankfully, it has changed for the better. Faust is a pub that excels in beer and their burgers with fries are top-notch. The atmosphere is pleasant, but it may not suit everyone. Compared to previous years, Faust is excellent, almost perfection.
Overall good. Service was great. Prices are fair. I had the American burger added onions, minus mayo. The burger didn't seem to be frozen but was lacking in flavor. Could be seasoned up a bit.
3 pints each and 90mins later they say they did not our order four Double Special burger, utterly disappointed at our start of visiting Brno.
