When we first entered... read more What a wonderful find in Brno! While in Brno, in we found this restaurant through Google Maps. We were not staying in the attached hotel. When we first entered the restaurant we were impressed by the very modern style interior. The menu had some really interesting food choices, and some even better wine. We ate meatballs, venison schnitzel, and swordfish. Everything was really good. 2 different dry white Moravian wines were ordered and they were a really happy surprise. It had been recommended to us to try Moravian wine, and the recommendation was a good one. The service was perfect on both of our visits. The waitress was professional, efficient, and unobtrusive. She was there whenever something was needed, and not there otherwise. She also spoke excellent English which made our visit much easier. (I believe her name was Klara). We visited the restaurant twice in a week, and would come again when next in Brno.

We tried both the soups, salmon and meat and they were all very good. Last but not least, great service and smiling people, not very common to be found in Czech unfortunately. The decor is understated yet elegant, with a clean and well-kept interior. The service was incredibly friendly, efficient, and left a lasting impression. The affordable food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented in generous portions. The restaurant also offers a wide selection of Moravian wines. A big thank you to the management for having us, we will definitely be back! We can't wait for our next visit.
