I don't understand the negative reviews unless the people writing them are accustomed to fast food and don't appreciate a higher quality dining experience. You get what you pay for, and in this case, the value is top-notch every time. Who cares about the decor when the food and drinks are amazing? Thumbs up to Koch and the entire original staff!

I tried the steak on... read more Make sure to make a reservation, as it isn't a large restaurant. The food is excellent, and the service is outstanding—very friendly staff. I tried the steak on my first visit and it was delicious, so I returned for the local fish trio. The Pinot Blush was good, and they had a nice selection of local wines. It is slightly pricier than some other places in Brixham, but it is definitely worth it.

The steaks also didn't live up to expectations. Additionally, I found the head waiter or manager to be a bit over the top and somewhat overbearing.

You get what u pay for folks.....and in this case its 1st class in everyday. Who cares about decor when ur there to have amazing g food and drinks. Thumbs up chef and to all ur staff
