Despite placing my order at 6:15, I did not receive my wings until 7:05. To my disappointment, the wings were coated in hot sauce, which was not what I had requested. As someone who prefers a different texture, I had to discard the wings. When I asked the cashier about it, she explained that the seasoning was still considered a dry rub even though it was added after the hot sauce. This misunderstanding has deterred me from returning to Wingstop in the future. The slow service and lack of communication about the food were major drawbacks. This experience was overall negative and has left a lasting impression.
