What David H Steinbrugge doesn't like about Starbucks:
It would seem Starbucks is incapable of serving a hot coffee. I can't count the number of times in the drive-thru's I've been handed a tall pike black coffee that is lukewarm. I've learned to taste the coffee before I drive off. If I don't discover My coffee is lukewarm until I'm several blocks away it isn't worth going back.
