Chipotle Mexican Grill - BRISTOW

Bad experience. ordered hen and was charged for steak. the staff also serves very little protein with their order and makes the difference in other areas such as rice, dripping, seasoning, etc. I went during lunch, so there was the lunch break, but this is not an excuse for measuring several international orders. there is a language challenge where most people do not speak English. Secondly, there is this massive hurry to get everyone in and out as soon as possible. what happens here are many mistakes made. for example, I was wrongly booked, they forgot my chips and salsa. slow them down for another minute and they can order the people right and everyone can be happy. I wouldn't go back to this place just because of the bad service.

A couple of months ago, I would have written this as a 4-5 star. but I can't do it lately. the bowls are so filled and have more expensive. they pay more money for less. at this place it is worth going to cava or somewhere else, because chipotles brand prices and quantity are simply no longer the same. not only that, but the quality of food has fallen. Today the guacamole was super brown. the photo shows not quite the shadows, but it is full brown. overall it has only been taken in quality and has been for one because, but online delivery is not an option bc only the half of the dishes are filled and if they order personally, they only fill it a little more.
