You have to go i... read more Everytime I order door dash from them, they get stingy with the meat. They always send out a bowl with all rice in it. Chipotle doordash sucks. You have to go in and tell them, people, to add chicken. If you order, they will get five you a tablespoon full of meat.

A couple of months ago, I would have written this as a 4-5 star. but I can't do it lately. the bowls are so filled and have more expensive. they pay more money... read more A couple of months ago, I would have written this as a 4-5 star. but I can't do it lately. the bowls are so filled and have more expensive. they pay more money for less. at this place it is worth going to cava or somewhere else, because chipotles brand prices and quantity are simply no longer the same. not only that, but the quality of food has fallen. Today the guacamole was super brown. the photo shows not quite the shadows, but it is full brown. overall it has only been taken in quality and has been for one because, but online delivery is not an option bc only the half of the dishes are filled and if they order personally, they only fill it a little more.

They often forget... read more If you're looking for Chipotle, I recommend going to the Gainesville location. The Bristow Chipotle is very stingy and the employees are rude. They often forget items in delivery orders and only fill my bowl halfway. On top of that, they forgot two orders of chips and only sent the sides. I tried calling the store at least 8 times with no answer. I ended up having to drive to the store after placing a delivery order, and the manager was very rude when I tried to explain what happened.
