It is a Subway shop, their food is like any other Subway store. My experience with the overall costumer service is average. I have noticed a few other works there appears to be a senior employee or management, they were rude and unfriendly. I've noticedtheir store hour on the website and google is not accurate. I had showed up at 8:15-20am, the store is not closed when thestore hour is 8am and google shows it is open. Just be cautious if you are planning to go there in the morning.
DO NOT GO HERE IT YOU HAVE ALLERGIES. My husband went to pick up lunch for us. I have a SEVERE fish allergy, and since tuna is on the menu, I always ask for the sandwich artist to change gloves and the knife used to cut the sandwich. The worker thatserved my husband refused to change out the knife, insisting that dunking it in a bucket of solution is sufficient. It is notsufficient, as allergen particles can still exist on the knife afterwards and lead to cross contamination. My husband arguedwith her the proper protocol several times and she still refused. I would call management or corporate, but she did not give myhusband a receipt, only contaminated sandwiches. Do not go here.
I don't know what it is about THIS Subway store but they apparently don't read the instructions from the app. And for what we pay in taxes and fees and tips a whole extra $10 more than my order you would think they'd get it right! I even asked thedelivery guy who told me everything is in the bag... which, it wasn't and when I called the store, a guy who barely listened tome started talking to another person in another language leaving me hanging on the phone I ended up hanging up due to beingignored. I've given this Subway shop another try after a previous incident. Apparently I shouldn't have. I will leave thissame Yelp review.
I had an incredible experience during my visit today! I received my food from a wonderful gentleman named Kevin. He deserves a raise for being such a fantastic employee. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable!
This was my first time ordering from here, and I decided to place an online order. You’d think that with an online system, they would know exactly what to include on the sandwich. However, I was disappointed to find that some toppings were missing, including the bacon that should have come with my #3 sandwich. It was frustrating to pay for something I didn’t receive.
