What User doesn't like about The Knights Templar:
Extremely bad customer service as staff talk to you like your a major inconvenience rather than a paying customer. Not all items were brought to the table even when ordering through the app, and it would appear that members of staff don’t know what they...serve on their own menu. Frankly I would avoid and go somewhere else. View all feedback. What User likes about The Knights Templar:
Don’t believe the bad reviews! Our visit to this Spoons was lovely. Good atmosphere, great food. Value for money can’t be beaten! Lovely friendly staff couldn’t do enough for you! View all feedback.

read moreExperience at the restaurant was mixed, with some customers experiencing bad service and poorly cooked food, while others had a pleasant visit with good atmosphere and friendly staff. The location near Bristol Temple Meads station was convenient, the food was described as value for money, and the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, the restaurant seemed to offer a typical Wetherspoon's experience with some ups and downs, but most guests had a positive time and would consider returning.
Unfortunately, my experience makes me believe that Wetherspoons doesn't care about customer feedback. They only care about money. Any feedback they receive seem...
