Contribute FeedbackQuito's is a lovely, casual seafood restaurant on the waterfrontAlthough it was cloudy when we went, I still enjoyed the view.
Scowling bartenders, the worst service I've ever experienced, and a very dirty bar From the moment we walked in the door it was bad.
I went here with a friend and loved the view and the service was exceptional.
