It was Labor Day weekend and things weren't going to get fixed until Tuesday, at the soonest. The bottled-beer selection was pretty run-of-the-mill. The food was fine, the Kobe Burger had an interesting bacon "jam" on it. The sweet-potato fries were crispy and well seasoned. My girlfriend had... gosh, I can't remember, but she said that she didn't need to return. So, overall, it was fine for a hotel pub. We actually didn't realize that it was in the hotel until we got there, but were so hungry that we just stayed. Probably no need to go back.

We needed to find a good place for our out of town relatives with children to dine, near our house. I have read about Time Out and thought we’d give it a try! The restaurant has a more upscale vibe and the food is fantastic. The children ages are very picky eaters but their menu selection fit the bill. We shared the charcuterie board! Plenty for to share and delicious! It offered a good selection of both cheese, meats, fruits and chutney. We all loved it. The food choices were great! I had their ahi tuna appetizer with melt in your mouth tuna, seaweed salad over avocado. Delicious! The kids had pepperoni pizza and a good size bowl of creamy New England clam chowder. The waitress Laura, was very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu and recommended the chicken parm “hands down”! It was a large chicken breast served over wide noodles. Our nephew LOVED it too! Drinks were good but my martini was a little salty because of the type of vermouth they added. Sent it back and they gladly got me another one. This restaurant is located in the Hilton Doubletree off Middle Street in Bristol, across the street from ESPN! You must try it!
