The I was ordering my sandwich and I asked if I could get a ultimate bmt and substitute the ham for chicken. The manager who was working on other tasks said there was no substitutions. But in a very rude way. I understand it's policy but she was very rude in how she said it.

Seems like all of the Subway stores in this region are the same.They usually have employees that are not friendly and appear to be from a rough lifestyle.The food is ok, the only thing made semi fresh is the bread and cookies, most things are frozen until recently when they started slicing their own meat.I will not eat anything from Subway that pertains to being sliced fresh due to KNOWING what type of employees are hired for these stores and I don't trust them to clean the slicer properly, if at all.Management of all stores seems to be totally off the rails.
